1-1/4 Inch Tecre Professional Badge Machine #125

The Tecre Model #125 Badge Machine is an amazing machine, which can produce thousands upon thousands of 1-1/4 Inch Badges, all with an extremely simple operation.

Here at The Badge Factory, we use this machine every day, and it never fails us. Maintenance is just a simple "spraying" of a household lubricant such as WD-40 around the joints every thousand or so badges, and the spring mechanism is so easy to use, anyone can do it!

To operate the machine, simply place the "Shell" inside the larger of the two dies, followed by your artwork, and on top of that place the plastic covering, called the "Mylar". Then simply rotate the die, place the "Collet" in the smaller of the two dies, clamp the first die down using the protected handle, roate the die again, clamp, and there you have it, a perfect 1 Inch Badge, every time!
