Online purchases from this section of the website may be made by anyone, for delivery to a billing address, as registered with the clients' credit card company. We are unable to deliver online purchases to non-registered addresses at this time, but invite our clients to visit our website at http://www.thebadgefactory.com.au Immediately after an order has been submitted, an automated sales invoice will be forwarded to the email provided to us during the order process. This sales invoice should be retained for any future references. Without this receipt, we would not be able to validate your purchase, and accordingly, will not be able to proceed with any requests. Product Availability All products from this website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. Title to any products you order on this website, and its associated risk of loss, damage or return (due to failure of receipt of by customer) of the product, PASSES TO YOU at the point of shipment of the products with our shipping agent. We are no longer responsible for compensation, refunds or replacements after this point in time. Clients are advised to contact our customer services for further clarification prior to purchasing.

Pricing and Payment Options
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled within 48 hours of our attempt to communicate with you. Prices displayed on The Badge Factory website are quoted in Australian dollars, unless otherwise specified. The Badge Factory accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Direct Deposit/Credit Card :

• Our merchant server will be up and running within the next couple of weeks.

PayPal Online Payment:

• Payments should be made via the checkout process. We at The Badge Factory have our own SSL(Secure Sockets Layer), so you should never have to worry about your information leaking.

Money Order or Cheque:

Sales Tax and Custom & Duties

All items featured on The Badge Factory website include GST. If you are ordering from overseas, the GST will not be charged.

Shipping and Delivery

All purchases are shipped with Fastway Couriers. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to three BUSINESS days to process your order for shipment, in addition up to approximately fourteen BUSINESS days for delivery. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The Badge Factory cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and The Badge Factory WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for returned orders due in part by customer negligence. (refer to Product Availability)

Tracking

A shipping confirmation may be requested by the customer approximately three to four business days after submitting an order. In addition, we will email a sales invoice immediately after an order is placed for confirmation that your purchase had been accepted for processing. To ensure the best possible customer service we email tracking numbers for each delivery to our customers along with a link to the courier company's tracking page. At times, there may be an error in providing this information to customers. As this information is provided to us by our shipping agents, customers may submit another request for further clarification. We are not liable and/or responsible for any losses or damages that may arise given such an occurrence. Legal Disclaimer

If you are affiliated with or work for Tecre either directly or indirectly, or any other related division, group, or attorneys, or were formally a worker, you CANNOT place an order through our website. If in fact you are affiliated or were affiliated with the above said companies, by placing an order through this website you are violating these terms, and you are violating code 431.322.12 of the Internet Privacy Act signed by Bill Clinton in 1995. This means that you CANNOT threaten our ISP(s) or any person(s) or company storing these files, and cannot prosecute or file suit against any person(s) affiliated with this website. Any purchase of replica products or variants made through our website, is made with the agreement that the products are being purchased for collecting or nostalgic purposes. Any other use of the products sold on our website would be a violation of our terms of sale. Refund and Exchanges

The Badge Factory wants to ensure your continued satisfaction. For The Badge Factory online purchases, we are able to accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sales invoice.

Customers MUST contact our customer services via our website at http://www.thebadgefactory.com.au and/or via email at sales@thebadgefactory.com.au within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Additionally, all products must be returned to us AT YOUR EXPENSE within 10 business days from the date of delivery. Our return address can be obtained from contacting our customer services. In returning your merchandise, you are required to obtain a tracking number from the shipping agent and provide us with this information. Any returns without a tracking number or requests made past the expiration period; unfortunately, will not be honored.

Refunds : Once goods to be returned have been shipped AT YOUR EXPENSE and a tracking number sent to The Badge Factory, your 100% refund will be processed . Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.

Exchanges : Customers are required to contact our customer services to request for an “Exchange Reference Number”. This number should be retained for future references when contacting our customer services. However, all exchanges will be reviewed for permissibility.

UNACCEPTABLE REASONS for a refund or exchange may encompass, but is not limited to, the following:

Color(s) of the merchandise are darker/lighter than displayed
Merchandise had minor color differences from the picture
Merchandise does not fit (i.e. due in part of error by the customer)
Damaged or used merchandise after usage by the customer
Damaged merchandise incurred during the course of delivery (refer to Product Availability)
Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise will be provided by a customer services support staff after receiving your contact. However, in order to avoid such a stage, clients are advised to clarify unclear issues before placing any orders. Please ask any questions you may have before ordering to prevent any potential problems. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to sales@thebadgefactory.com.au . We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

• All items are subject to availability. In some instances, items may go out of stock right after an order has been placed.
• Special discounts and offers are available on a first come first serve basis due to limited available quantity.
• All the items are in US inches, unless otherwise stated.
• All machines, parts and cutters are in Brand New condition and they will be shipped from our warehouse in Australia.
• Customers may not change stock after order is processed.
