All of our products have a lifetime warranty. All badge parts, including assembly rings, can be returned if they are damaged. Email or call to let us know what kind of problem you are having. By contacting us first, we can handle the return much faster. If you are having a problem with a Professional Machine or graphic punch please call us. These machines are never returned. So if there is a problem it should be easily resolved with a phone call.
You are welcome to cancel your order if it has not been shipped. You will receive a complete refund if payment was completed and has not been shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, just email or call. This would be the best way to reach us if you need to cancel.
Returns and Refunds
We are always happy to accept returned items for up to 30 days after the items have been shipped. All products may be returned to us for a credit card refund, PayPal refund, or direct deposit refund. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all return items. If the items are used and not in resellable condition the restocking fee will be deducted also. We assume that customers have read the product descriptions on the website and understand what they are ordering before they order it. You must call us first for return authorization.
Return shipping cost will be applied to the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address supplied to us by the customer, we will notify the customer. We will let you know how much shipping will be, verify the shipping address, and hold the package until the shipping costs are paid again. If the customer wants to cancel the order and receive a refund after the package has been returned to The Badge Factory, we reserve the right to subtract any shipping fees from the refund.
